Colour Crush Snail Mail Loyalty Card – Terms & Conditions

We love rewarding you for being part of Colour Crush Snail Mail! Collect your monthly loyalty stickers, fill your card and receive a FREE Colour Crush colouring book.

By taking part in the Colour Crush Snail Mail Loyalty Scheme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Collecting Loyalty Stickers
A loyalty sticker is included with each eligible Colour Crush Snail Mail monthly purchase. To claim your free colouring book, your loyalty card must be completely filled with the required number of valid Colour Crush loyalty stickers.

2. Stickers Do Not Have to Be Consecutive
You do not need to collect your loyalty stickers over consecutive months. You can cancel your Snail Mail subscription and return at a later date without losing the stickers you have already collected.

There is no requirement to maintain a continuous subscription to complete your loyalty card.

3. Each Sticker Must Be From a Different Monthly Theme
Every sticker on your completed loyalty card must be from a different Colour Crush Snail Mail monthly theme.

Duplicate stickers from the same month or theme cannot be used on the same loyalty card.

For example, if you purchase more than one copy of the August Snail Mail, only one August loyalty sticker can be used towards the same loyalty card.

Your completed card must contain the required number of different monthly loyalty stickers.

4. Previous Month Purchases Count
Eligible one-off purchases of previous Colour Crush Snail Mail months also include the corresponding loyalty sticker.

These stickers can be added to your loyalty card and count towards your free colouring book as long as the sticker is not a duplicate of a monthly theme already on that loyalty card.

5. Your Loyalty Card Must Be Complete
A free colouring book can only be claimed once every space on the loyalty card has been filled with a valid, unique Colour Crush Snail Mail loyalty sticker.

Partially completed cards cannot be redeemed for a reward.

6. How to Claim Your Free Colouring Book
Once your loyalty card is completely filled, please contact Colour Crush using the contact form on the Colour Crush website.

Please provide your full name and postal address when contacting us.

You may also be asked to provide a clear photograph of your completed loyalty card so that the stickers can be verified before your reward is sent.

7. Choosing Your Free Colouring Book
Once your completed loyalty card has been verified, you can choose your free colouring book from the eligible Colour Crush colouring books currently available on the Colour Crush website at the time you redeem your completed card.

The selection available may change over time and is subject to current stock and availability.

Sold-out, discontinued, pre-order, limited-edition, personalised products, bundles or any products specifically excluded from the loyalty scheme will not be available as a loyalty reward.

8. One Completed Card = One Free Colouring Book
Each fully completed loyalty card can be redeemed for one eligible free Colour Crush colouring book.

Once a loyalty card has been redeemed, the card and the stickers attached to it cannot be reused towards another reward.

After you have successfully redeemed a completed loyalty card, a new loyalty card will be included in your next Colour Crush Snail Mail post, ready for you to start collecting again.

9. No Cash Alternative or Exchanges
Loyalty rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, store credit or another type of product.

Once your free colouring book has been selected and dispatched, it cannot be exchanged for another colouring book simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the colouring book you receive is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

10. Lost Loyalty Cards or Stickers
Please keep your loyalty card and monthly stickers safe.

Colour Crush cannot guarantee replacement of lost, misplaced or damaged loyalty cards or stickers. Proof of the relevant purchase may be requested where appropriate.

11. Loyalty Stickers Cannot Be Copied or Altered
Only genuine Colour Crush Snail Mail loyalty stickers can be used to complete a loyalty card.

Stickers must not be copied, reproduced, altered or otherwise duplicated. Colour Crush reserves the right to refuse a loyalty card where stickers cannot reasonably be verified as genuine.

12. Delivery of Your Free Colouring Book
Your free colouring book will be sent to the postal address you provide when redeeming your completed loyalty card.

Please make sure the address you provide is complete and correct.

14. Changes to the Loyalty Scheme
Colour Crush reserves the right to reasonably amend, replace or withdraw the Colour Crush Snail Mail Loyalty Scheme.

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided if significant changes are made to the scheme.

Any changes will not affect a reward that has already been validly redeemed and accepted by Colour Crush.

15. Acceptance of These Terms
By collecting Colour Crush Snail Mail loyalty stickers and participating in the loyalty scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
