Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Subscription Policy
By subscribing to the Colour Crush Kids Club, you agree to the following terms:
Monthly Subscription
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Billing
Payment will be taken automatically using your chosen payment method on your monthly renewal date.
Shipping
UK subscriptions include FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class postage.
Subscription packs are lovingly designed, printed, packed and posted around the 15th of each month.
To receive the current month's adventure, you must subscribe on or before the 5th of that month.
For example:
Subscribe by 5th August → Receive the August adventure.
Subscribe from 6th August onwards → Your first pack will be September's adventure.
Personalisation
Each subscription pack is personalised using the child's name (or your own if you're one of our big kids!).
Please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
If your subscription is cancelled after payment has been taken for the current month, that month's pack will still be sent. Future renewals will then stop.
Missed Months
Previous monthly adventures may be available as one-off purchases while stocks last.
Loyalty Rewards
New subscribers receive a Colour Crush Loyalty Card.
Collect one loyalty sticker each month. Once all 12 spaces are filled, return your completed card to receive a FREE Colour Crush colouring book (UK postage included).
Returns
As each subscription is personalised, subscription packs cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. pre-orders are paid in full in advance.
You can cancel a pre order that hasn't been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can return and request refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
