SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. 
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a short time. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99 (2- 4 business days)

United States:

  • Standard International shipping £ 20.99 ( 7 - 14 business days)

Europe:

  • Standard EU Shipping: £12.99 (5-10 business days)

Customs & Duties For international orders (USA and non-UK Europe), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
